Filter settings

Predicted frameshift is discarded if any(!) of the following conditions are true:
gene overlap length is less than nt
gap length between adjacent genes is less than nt
RBS score of the downstream gene in gene overlap is greater than (GeneMarkS scale system)
RBS score of the downstream gene in adjacent genes is greater than (GeneMarkS scale system)
the gap between adjacent genes contains a stop codon
the distance from a gene border is less than nt
its LF_FS_SCORE is less than
