Join Mark Borodovsky group as a postdoc in the interdisciplinary Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics Center at Georgia Tech
Located in the new Klaus Advanced Computing Building on striving Georgia Tech campus.

Current and future research & development topics include:
- Modeling of genome and gene organization
- Discovery of function related and conserved in evolution patterns in DNA and proteins
- Design of new machine learning algorithms for gene prediction in eukaryotic, metagenomic and viral DNA and for identification of function determinants in proteins (see our group website)
|
You will collaborate with leading sequencing and annotation centers, NCBI, JCVI, DOE JGI, Broad Institute and lead a project.
You should have a PhD in applied mathematics,computational physics or chemistry, biomedical or electrical engineering, computer science or bioinformatics.
